RFS makes senior appointment

Recruitment Funding Solutions (RFS), the specialist funding provider for recruitment businesses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Davidson as its Business Development Director.

The role will have dual responsibility for RFS and sister business, the trusted Umbrella and contracting solutions company, Quest Pay Solutions (QPS). Keith will be based from the company\’s headquarters on the outskirts of Chester.

Keith joins the innovative businesses with a wealth of relevant industry and sector experience, having started his career in recruitment over 15 years ago with Rullion Alltrades, and most recently engaged in a sales and business development capacity at Exchequer Solutions. Keith\’s career has seen him taking on a variety of sales-based roles, all within the recruitment sector, and therefore joins RFS with an enviable track record in business development and sales.

Discussing his appointment, Keith commented:

\”When the opportunity arose to join RFS and play a role in its continuing success, I was keen to get involved. The progress the business has made to date is impressive and it means any future sales activity I will lead should be that much easier given its excellent reputation and its unique, risk-free funding option for recruiters.\”

Managing Director, Alex Grant, was equally enthusiastic about Keith\’s appointment, saying:

There\’s a clear synergy between the two companies and I\’m sure Keith will capitalise on this to great effect.\”

RFS and Quest Pay Solutions have recently collaborated to launch QPS Cashflow Freedom, a risk-free credit facility for QPS customers through RFS. Independently, both RFS and QPS have been reporting extended periods of sustained growth, and are continuing to sign new clients, working across their national footprint and increasing activities with their existing client base.
